Dining at Fawn
At the heart of our food and beverage offering is Fawn, a bright, airy new bistro serving ingredient-driven, seasonal dishes. The restaurant is all about showcasing the best of Irish produce but you might detect an Italian accent here and there.
Fawn at The Chancery will open for breakfast and dinner at the following times.
Breakfast
Monday to Friday; 7.00 am to 10.30 am.
Saturday and Sunday: 7.00 am to 11.00 am.
Dinner
Monday to Sunday: 5.00 pm to 9.30 pm
At breakfast as well as a traditional breakfast, guests can also expect a lighter, healthier buffet – think house-made granola, steel-cut oats, fresh fruit, and yoghurt. We’ll have gluten-free and vegan offerings too. Our expert baristas prepare coffee from sustainably sourced beans.
Dining at Fawn, informal and yet sophisticated, it’s the perfect spot to share some small plates and a bottle of well-chosen wine or to settle in for something a little more substantial.
